Complete Cabin or Structure Only: How to Choose

A used cabin is sold as it was removed from the machine: including the structure, doors, and glazing, with or without seat, dashboard and controls depending on the part. Please ask for the exact composition before ordering. If only the shell is damaged and the interior is intact, a used cabin structure often suffices, reducing cost and shipping weight.

ROPS/FOPS Structure: What to Check

On most construction machines, the cabin is a protective structure: ROPS against rollovers, FOPS against falling objects. Its identification plate indicates the machine and certification standards. A FOPS/ROPS structure cannot be drilled, welded, or straightened without losing its protection. Therefore, a cabin deformed by a rollover must be replaced and not repaired. We exclude bent or cracked structures and provide details from the plate of the cabin offered.

Checks to Perform on Delivery

• ROPS/FOPS plate: present, legible, and matching your machine.
• Glazing: windshield, side windows, and roof window; cracked or missing glass should be ordered separately.
• Doors: hinges, locks, and weatherstripping.
• Cabin antivibration mounts on the chassis.
• Electrical harness and air conditioning connectors to be reconnected to your machine.
