Our Used POCLAIN Spare Parts

77 available products

Poclain remains a trusted name for those still operating 60, 75, and 90 excavators on their sites. Codimatra offers a catalog of used parts, workshop-tested to maintain these machines, which are now rare in the new equipment market, backed by dedicated technical support for every order.

What is the origin of the Poclain brand?

Poclain was founded in 1927 in Le Plessis-Belleville as Ateliers Bataille & Le9ger, an agricultural equipment repair workshop established by Georges Bataille. In 1949, the company designed the first fully hydraulic construction machine, unveiled to the public in 1951. This innovation made Poclain the world leader in hydraulic excavators, with machines sold in over 180 countries. The TY 45 model, launched in 1961, became the most widely used hydraulic excavator globally.

Why did the Poclain brand disappear?

  • Between 1977 and 1981, American company Tenneco acquired a 40% stake in Poclain
  • In 1985, J.I. Case, a Tenneco subsidiary, became the majority shareholder
  • Production continued for several years under the joint Case Poclain brand
  • In 1999, the Poclain name was permanently removed from new construction equipment, replaced by the Case brand

Who bought the Poclain company?

The Case group, then a subsidiary of the American conglomerate Tenneco, acquired the majority of Poclain's shares in 1985 before fully integrating production under its own brand by the late 1990s. However, the hydraulic components division, established in 1968 as Poclain Hydraulics, became independent and remains active internationally today, with no capital ties to the original excavator business.

Our catalogue of Poclain spare parts

Used Poclain hydraulic parts: motors, pumps, and rotary joints

Hydraulics remains Poclain's core historic business and is the most requested section of our inventory. We regularly stock parts for the most common series, including the hydraulic motor and rotary joint for the Poclain 350B, as well as the hydraulic motor for the Poclain 220CKB. Each part is dismantled, tested (sealing, pressure, shaft play), and accompanied by a history report before shipment.

Poclain 60, 75, and 90 parts: our available stock

  • Crawler excavators: 60CKB, 75, 75CKB, 81B, 81CK, 90CK, 115, 125CKB, 150, 160, 170CKB, 220, 220CKB, 350, 350B

  • Mini crawler excavators and wheeled loaders (limited references)
  • Additional parts for engines, transmission, and cylinders to complement hydraulics

What is the price of a used Poclain excavator?

Codimatra does not sell complete used Poclain excavators, as the brand has not been manufactured since 1999. On the specialist market, prices vary widely depending on the model, overall condition, operating hours, and availability of maintenance parts. To extend the life of these machines, Codimatra maintains a stock of tested spare parts.
