The cooling liquid temperature is too high? The engine overheats? You observed a radiator leak? Whether for a bulldozer, a track excavator, a wheel excavator, a wheel loader, a roller ... we have what you need! CODIMATRA, specialized in the purchase and sale of used spare parts or rebuilt parts and equipment for construction, has selected a wide range of coolers compatible with most existing models.

What is the role of the water radiator?

An engine radiator (+ cooler fan) dissipates the heat of cooling liquid from the engine. It is composed of two radiator coolant tanks: one for the supply and the other for the output. In the middle is a network of tubes sporting fins which, by the air flow, cool the liquid between the inlet and outlet. This heat exchange is done by ambient air. The radiator is usually made from aluminum or copper, although heavier, but with a higher cooling coefficient.

The radiator does not work if there is not enough cooling liquid or heat transfer fluid passing through the radiator by the tubes. Sometimes mud or dust are stuck between tubes and air flow is blocked and the engine temperature rises. The liquid coolant will flow into the engine block and the cylinder head to maintain an optimum running temperature between 75 ° and 95 °.

It is necessary to replace the radiator/cooler when it is leaking, when the pipes become clogged or during an impact which damages the fins.

We test the pressure, fan, valve, paint and coolant.

Our list of coolers is updated daily so that you can find the product that perfectly matches your machine.
