"My name is Mélanie and I have been working at Codimatra since 2018. I started as a reception agent in the spare parts department and then progressed to an ADV assistant role in 2020 within the new and used machinery department. Recently, I was promoted to ADV Manager."

• What are your responsibilities at Codimatra?

"I manage the entire order process, from the proforma invoice to transport management and finalizing the sale. It’s a process I particularly enjoy following from start to finish."

• What do you like most about your job?

"What I like most is being able to follow each order through its entire journey and also the great atmosphere within the team. I enjoy playing music to add a bit of ambiance!"

• Who are you?

"My name is Françoise Sanchez and I joined Codimatra in March 2021 as a customer relations assistant."

• What are your responsibilities at Codimatra?

"I provide multilingual reception (French, English, Spanish) at the counter and by phone, directing contacts to the relevant departments. I support the sales team by entering customer requests. I also manage administrative supplies, mail, badges, and consumables."

• What do you like most about your job?

"I particularly enjoy the customer relationship: understanding their needs, responding, and satisfying them. I also like working with the different teams in the company; it’s motivating and creates a good atmosphere."

• Who are you?

"My name is Romain. With a BTS in engine mechanics, I joined Codimatra in 2020 as an expert after-sales technician, after 20 years in the gearbox sector at ZF and Allison dealerships."

• What are your responsibilities at Codimatra?

"I develop the multi-brand heavy-duty and industrial gearbox repair activity. I work both in the workshop and on-site for repairs. My tasks include diagnosing faults using specialized tools, preparing quotes, restoring gearboxes, and handling customer relations. I also contribute to skill transfer within the team."

"The customer interaction, variety of tasks, machines, interventions, and the versatility of the position."
