A cracked link on an EC210 excavator, a marked arm on an L120 loader, a deformed A30 dump truck bucket: the equipment on a Volvo machine withstands every bucket strike. Codimatra dismantles Volvo excavators, loaders, and dump trucks and resells their original equipment parts: links, arms, booms, and arms, all inspected in the workshop according to the donor machine model. Our stock includes a full range of replacement parts for Volvo excavator, loader, and dump truck equipment.

Volvo Construction Equipment: What Works at the End of the Arm

Equipment refers to everything that supports and moves the tool: the boom and arm of an excavator, the arm and linkages of a loader, the bucket of a dump truck, and of course the buckets, quick couplers, and pins. These welded mechanical parts endure significant stresses every cycle. Cylinders move them, while pins and bushings articulate them. When a joint becomes loose or a plate cracks, precision decreases and neighboring parts risk damage.

Volvo Equipment Parts in Stock

  • Links: the largest category, including bucket links and linkages for excavators.
  • Excavator Arms: arms and booms, either one-piece or two-piece.
  • Loaders: arms and linkages for the kinematic system.
  • Tools: loader and cleaning buckets, quick couplers, fork mounts, and excavator blades.
  • Dump Trucks and Articulations: buckets, pins, and stabilizers.

Volvo EC and EW Excavators: Booms, Arms, Links

Our stock covers a wide range of Volvo tracked excavators, from the EC55C to the EC750E models: EC140B LC, EC140D L, EC160B LC, EC180B LC, EC180C L, EC210B in LC and NLC versions, EC210C, EC220D L, EC240 and EC240B, EC250D NL, EC380E L, and EC460B. Additionally, compact models ECR88 and ECR235D L, and wheeled excavators EW140C to EW180B and EWR150E are included. A boom or arm varies in length and pins according to the original configuration — please specify this when making your inquiry.

Volvo L Loaders and A Dump Trucks

  • Wheel loaders: L30G, L45G, L70F, L90G, L110F, L120E, and L120F.
  • Heavy-duty models: L150, L150C, L150E, L150F, L180E, L180G, L220E, and L220H.
  • Articulated dump trucks: A25D, A25F, A30G, and A35G, including buckets and articulation parts.
  • Backhoe loader: BL71.
  • Kinematics: arm and linkage must match the lifting version, standard or long.

Volvo Construction Equipment Spare Parts: Dealer, Service, or Used

For recent machines, the Volvo Construction Equipment dealer provides genuine spare parts from the manufacturer's catalogue. For machines with several years of service, a part dismantled from an identical Volvo machine is a sensible alternative. A short crack detected early can often be repaired by welding and reinforcement at a metalworker's. However, a twisted link, an arm with ovaled bores, or a boom cracked near a cylinder mount warrants replacement. A used genuine part, dismantled from the same model, maintains factory dimensions and mounting points. Don't forget to check the Volvo cylinders that operate the part: a bent rod often accompanies an impact on the equipment.

How to Identify a Volvo Equipment Part

  • Machine: type of excavator, loader, or dump truck, series, and chassis number.
  • Configuration: boom or arm length, standard or long lift.
  • Markings: engraved number or welded plate on the part.
  • Joints: diameter and length of pins, distances between bores.
  • Photos: general view and close-ups of bores and cylinder mounting lugs.

Reassembling a Used Equipment Part

Replace worn bushings and use pins in good condition: a worn pin quickly deforms the bores of a reassembled part. Careful lubrication at installation, repeated at the end of the first day, protects freshly installed joints. Check the alignment of the cylinder lugs before tightening the pin locks. For all replacement part categories, consult our complete equipment range for all makes.

Seldom. Pins, spacings, and cylinder mounts are specific to each model and often each configuration. For example, between an EC210B and an EC210C, some parts differ. Send us the serial number of your excavator and, if possible, photos of the part: we will confirm compatibility.

A twisted link, cracked near a bore or with bores loosened despite replaced bushings, must be replaced. The bucket will then have lateral play and will not return sharply to position. Also check the pin and bushing of the bucket hinge concurrently.
