What is the difference between a Hitachi construction equipment dealer and Codimatra?

An official Hitachi construction equipment dealer sells new machines with the manufacturer's official support (customer service, updates, genuine new parts). Codimatra is a reseller of used spare parts: we offer Hitachi replacement parts dismantled and tested in our workshop, generally at prices lower than new parts. This solution is suited for routine maintenance and repairs of active machines.

How do I find the right Hitachi part based on my serial number?

Your Hitachi machine's serial number, engraved on the chassis manufacturer's plate, allows precise identification of the model and manufacturing year. By providing this number along with the description or original reference of the part you are looking for, our technical team carries out a targeted stock search and confirms availability.

Hitachi excavator warning light: what should I do?

A warning light on a Hitachi excavator dashboard typically indicates an issue with temperature, hydraulic pressure, fluid level, or an electronic fault. The displayed code helps, together with the model's technical documentation, to identify the faulty component. If the diagnosis points to a replacement part available in Codimatra's stock, our team can guide you to the corresponding used part.
