How to identify the right printed circuit board

Two boards that look identical may differ by a component or their software. Note the printed or labeled reference on the board, then record the brand, model, and serial number of the machine. A photo of both sides, with connectors visible, helps our advisors compare the part accurately. The success of the replacement depends primarily on this match.
